Overview

Life Skills is a 12-week program designed to provide individuals with practical tools to build independence and confidence. Through engaging workshops and hands-on activities, participants learn essential life skills that support success at home, in the workplace, and in the community. Classes are offered as a standalone for specific topics or as a package for all 12 weeks.

    Self Advocacy and Presentation

    Speaking up for yourself; first impressions, communication, and confidence

    Career Development and Job Search

    Exploring career paths; applications, resumes, interviews

  • Week 8

    Workshop 2 — Hired and Inspired

    Mock interviews with feedback; resume and cover letter clinic; employer panel

    Job Retention and Workplace Ethics

    Professional behavior; staying employed and workplace growth
